Acme Body Shop is a family-owned and operated auto body collision repair and refinishing shop located in South Portland, Maine. We offer CURBSIDE ESTIMATES for collision damage. No appointment is needed. However, you may also feel free to call and book an estimate time or schedule one online. Estimates take about ten minutes. We will email you the written estimate.   

Acme Body Shop’s work is guaranteed. Our experienced staff will walk you through each step of the estimating process, from beginning to end. After your estimate has been completed, Acme Body Shop works directly with your insurance carrier to resolve your claim. Acme has many years of experience working with ALL insurances. State Law says that customers are only required to get one estimate and it is YOUR choice where to have your vehicle repaired.

Need a rental while your collision work is repaired? Acme Body Shop can help you with the logistics of renting a car. We have preferred rates with local car rental companies Hertz and Enterprise. Your rental reservation will (depending on the company) bring the rental to our shop for you or bring you to their offices to sign the rental agreement and pick up the rental. Either way, drop off your rental here at Acme once your repairs are complete. 

We take pride in keeping our customers satisfied. After each job completes, we make sure all vehicle exteriors will be washed, and the driver’s interior touch points are cleaned. Our staff communicate with you throughout the process, updating you on the status of repairs. We inspect the job for quality throughout the job and upon completion.
